Flights FAQ
How can I book a scheduled flight more than 11 months in advance?
The airlines publish their fares on booking systems, which operators connect to in order to give you a quote. The furthest in advance that an airline will publish a fare is 11 months.
What do I need to do if I've been issued with an e-ticket?
Ticketless travel is becoming more widespread and is more efficient than sending out paper tickets. All you need to do is bring your booking reference to the check-in desk. The best way of doing this is to print out your email confirmation, or the confirmation booking page, and bring it with you
What happens if my flight time changes?
In the unusual event of your flight being subject to change by the airline, your operator will contact you.
Questions about infants in laps / child ages /student tickets, etc.
Airline child fares apply from 2 - 11 years inclusive on scheduled flights, or 15 on charter flights. Children under 2 are classed as infants. Infant tickets on long-haul flights are subject to a charge of 10% of the published fare, and do not pay tax. On domestic flights infants are subject to a small fee, depending on the route.
Why can the price change on flights?
Airline availability changes constantly as it is a worldwide system and so many companies have access to the seats. So as availability changes, this affects the price.
Why does the name on the credit card have to match the passenger's name that is travelling?
This is a security measure.
